Shipping

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of tea and payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Monday through Thursday will be proceed no later than 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will be proceed no later than the following Monday. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail with delivery confirmation (allow 2 to 9 days for delivery), unless you choose Coquitlam local pick up or courier delivery. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

If you prefer to pick up your order at our Coquitlam location please note we will send you our Coquitlam address after your order will be ready for pick up.

Once you sign up for our newsletters you will receive promotional code for 10% discount for your first order.

In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

BC – $5.00 (Enter your Postal Code to “Estimate shipping & taxes for: ” on first checkout page, shipping cost will be adjusted on final checkout )
Canada – $8.00
US – $12.00

To gift baskets will be added extra fee $6 for shipping.

Does free shipping sound good?  Place an order for over $75 and we will cover the costs of standard shipping as a way of saying thanks. (Canada and Continental USA only: excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

RETURNS

Please note that we cannot accept any returns of tea. We will gladly accept a return of any unused accessory item(s). Return shipping expenses will be reimbursed if we made a mistake in filling your order and product return has been requested by our staff. We will refund the cost of any returned item(s) to your credit card as soon as the item(s) is returned to us in resalable condition and in original packaging.
